At the same time, the sealing and cutting module and the ear welding module are imported into a digital visual positioning system to monitor the position of the mask in real time, and realize the real-time accurate automatic closed-loop positioning adjustment of the system. Each working module can be independently and flexibly controlled, and the position of the welding point, sealing position, and cutting position of the mask can be adjusted independently according to actual needs. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a visual monitoring alarm, which will automatically stop and send an alarm when there are continuous defective products on the equipment, reducing waste and reducing the rate of defective products, and improving output efficiency.

      The functions of each section of the whole line can be independently turned on and shielded, and single-station production, full-station production and fixed-speed full-line automatic production can be carried out at the speed set by the user.
